  1. It has the best touch up options. For example touch up options such as wrinkle remover, tan, nip tuck etc looked nice.

  2. This looks to be the most advanced Online Picture Editor with features similar to Adobe Photoshop.

  1. Since this tool has lot of features, one needs to understand different aspects of picture editing to use this tool i.e. learning curve is steep.

Conclusion

All the online picture editing tools mentioned above are good to use. Of them picmonkey has good features but considering the cost, it may not be value for money. Pixlr is most advanced and looks similar to Photoshop and GIMP, however, it may be complicated for novice. Photocat has good features and easy to use.
